About MST:
YouthChoices is a program that delivers the Multisystemic Therapy model (MST). It is a voluntary program that works with families and young people on orders with Youth Justice.
About the role:
Lead a team of Clinical Supervisors and Clinicians including being responsible for the smooth operation and implementation of the Multi Systemic Therapy program, while maintaining program integrity and high quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage a single program or multiple programs compliant with legislation, standards, contractual requirements and inte
al policy.
– Ensure delivery of program services in accordance with program budget, local business plans and in line with client needs and plans.
– Develop and maintain local operational and administrative systems and procedures to support the effective management of the program.
– Ensure a consistent standard of quality is delivered for program in accordance with the MST program model requirements, regulations prescribed in relevant legislation and funding agency standards.
– Provide MST knowledge, understanding of analytical processes, advice and support in the form of presentations, accessing the MSTI website, resources and research as appropriate.
– Ensure integrity in the delivery of the MST Program.
– Position may be required to support in an ‘on call roster’ at times.
Skills & Experience
– At least three years experience working in a program sector such as; Mental Health, Out-of-Home Care, Youth Justice or Residential Care.
– Relevant Masters degree qualification in Social Work or Psychology
– Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of a prescribed program requiring model adherence
– A demonstrated commitment to the care and protection of clients.
– Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
– Demonstrated interpersonal/communication skills, including verbal, written and negotiation.
– Demonstrated ability to manage services and programs within a budget.
– Demonstrated ability in time management and organisational skills.
– Well developed problem solving skills.
– Ability to use initiative, think laterally and strategically, to meet deadlines and produce quality work under pressure.
– Ability to work within and demonstrate the LWB Way in all interactions.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).

– Permanent Full Time Position, based from either North Lakes or Springwood site with requirements to attend both sites weekly.
