Partner Development Manager ISV

This Tech Giant is looking for a Partner Development Manager, to join the team in Sydney. You will to drive application development, long-term revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation through a set of cloud applications.

Coming from a BDM or marketing background, you must be able to recruit and grow ISV (Independent Software Vendors). This position plays a key role in the management strategy as part of the larger One Commercial Partner Organization.

Ideally you will have a working knowledge of cloud business models, focusing on how apps and services are brought to market. Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency will be highly advantageous.

Key duties & responsibilities

– Manage portfolio of start-up businesses and act as a partner for all their software
– Cloud Selling and providing full support to vendor
– Liaise with Software Engineers and experts with technical knowledge
– Drive portfolio growth prioritizing portfolio via revenue generation
– Lead partner recruitment and create a balanced portfolio aligned to business requirements
– Ensure partner enablement, as the trusted advisor to the ISV Partner at multiple levels within the organization, while they develop and launch their cloud applications

– Demonstrate account management excellence through high quality interactions with the partner

Located at our Richmond Head Office this is a true Business Partner supporting our Sales and Marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand. Finance Business Partner – 2-3 months

To commence immediately until the end of March, this key contract role with a highly recognised Multinational will require you to report to the Financial Controller. You will be working closely with the business to drive intelligent, commercial outcomes. This role has a strong emphasis on partnering with stakeholders across the business whilst having responsibility for the delivery of budgets and financial reporting.

To be considered for this role you must have management accounting / business analysis experience from a dynamic and complex commercial environment. You will be comfortable advising and influencing non-finance stakeholders and have a strong technical management accounting background (budgets / forecasts, cost analysis etc.) as well as driving process and policy improvement across finance.
The successful candidate will be CA/ACCA/CPA qualified who has built a career in similar management accounting / business partnering roles. You will also have a track record in adding commercial value to the rest of the business through you work, commentary and your strategic involvement and building of robust businesses cases. A strong and confident communication style is a must for this role.
