About The Role:
Located at our Richmond Head Office this is a true Business Partner supporting our Sales and Marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this HR leadership role will provide high-level service and support across our Sales and Marketing functions. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and rollout of core HR initiatives to drive ongoing engagement, productivity and workforce culture.
Responsibilities include:
– Establishing sound relationships and partnering with key stakeholders within the business;
– Partner with Human Resources specialists across all areas of HR including performance management, talent development, engagement and retention;
– Deliver strategic value through the creation and implementation of innovative people solutions;
– Lead and actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business; and
– Be a change champion within the business in line with the business growth and change strategies.
About You:
Key to this role will be your ability to work closely within a team of motivated, solution-oriented professionals. Demonstrated business acumen and proven analytical and reporting capabilities will place you in good stead to work effectively with our leadership teams. You will be a commercially minded HR professional with a strong customer focus.
Ideally you have:
– At least 5 years experience working as a generalist in a HR Manager/Advisor level role;
– Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, and sound understanding of current legislation requirements;
– Strong stakeholder management skills, natural capacity to build trusted relationships and the ability to challenge stakeholders when needed;
– Demonstrated experience delivering HR advice, solving problems and improving processes;
– Ability to appreciate smaller details whilst not losing sight of the bigger picture.
