Technical Support Analyst – Global IT Leader in their space

As a well-established vendor, this organisation has continued to grow year on year for some time now. With a presence right across the globe, they are continually expanding their team. With this they are in need of a Technical Support Analyst to join the team out of Melbou
e , where you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and solutions to clients (inte
al & exte
al).

Duties and Responsibilities

– Resolve issues and problems with a customer service focus. You will be assigned incidents where you will need to understand the issue, contact the customer to talk through the issue, work on a solution, communicate to the customer and then test/validate that solution
– Maintain and support existing environments
– Share knowledge and challenge team members, improving process and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Manage and track daily production problems and issues
– Maintain system availability in a 24/7 environment in alignment with SLAs
– Develop strong relationships both inte
ally and exte
ally with customers and colleagues
– Maintain and update documentation when needed

Experience Needed

– Must have strong customer support/service skills and have actually solved problems for clients in the past be able to demonstrate this
– CAD experience is a must this could be as a developer, implementation consultant or a support specialist
– Excellent communication skills
– Competency with C# and C++
– Oracle or SQL Database skills
