Our client is a privately owned, market leading business that are seeking to employ a sales executive to join their Sydney business development and account management team. The role will report to the State Manager and will see you supported by a dedicated internal sales support team in Sydney and closely with the internal project management team.
In this predominately client facing role you will target electrical contractors and consultants. You will promote and solution sell a wide range of products that are utilised in Bathroom and Kitchens environments across Australia firmly fixed in the specification space. The role will also include supervision of solution design from specification to bid to implementation and customer acceptance. Responsibilities will extend to ensuring equipment and systems are supplied, installed and commissioned in accordance with customer specifications and company guidelines. Working closely with your sales support and project management teams you will deliver high quality custom made projects to clients and will be measured on your performance against sales targets and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience;
– Previous external sales experience in the Kitchens and Bathrooms Industry OR.
– Candidates seeking to move into a sales role from an installation / engineering position in the Electrical
– Strong technical product Knowledge
– Superb communication and presentation skills.
– High degree of energy, drive and passion for building relationships.
– Ability to work towards sales targets and goals
– Attitude, aptitude and personality will be the most highly weighted assessment criteria for this role.
