Role
Reporting to the Principal, the role carries responsibility for the typical accounting and tax tasks associated with the preparation of clients financial statements and statutory retu

Other specific tasks include:

– Preparation of detailed client budgets and cash flow statements

Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting or an equivalent qualification, followed by a minimum of four years public practice experience. The practice uses MYOB AO Client Accounting and BGL corporate compliance systems. Expertise in these software packages together with strong general IT skills such as Excel, will be an advantage to your application.

The successful candidate will also have some responsibility for building effective client relationships. Therefore, strong communication and relationship building ability are key talents for success in the role.

The Role
Due to a recent in-flux of large scale projects there is a current need for well established engineers who have experience working with steel, reinforced concrete and post-tension concrete structures. The role will focus on design and analysis of these structures. You will liaise directly with clients, architects and builders, provide detailed design and analysis of major projects, and attend key site inspections and site meetings. You will assist in the coordination of documentation and essentially ensure that client requirements are met within the specified budget and time frame.

About You
The successful candidate will have the necessary experience to fulfill the following:

– Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience.
– Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– Extensive local (Australian or New Zealand) experience in the design of medium to large scale concrete and steel frame buildings; preferably within a tier 1 consultancy.
