Student Services – Can You Be A Mentor

Want to play a key role in an exciting organisation that is changing the Online Education industry? And have the chance to actually love your job?

Continued Growth Means New Opportunities

This is a growing business, and that growth means that the opportunities are there right now.

Bringing together the best of course content, facilitation and student experience standards in the market, this is a business that is striving to deliver on their goal of being “Industry Best Practice”.

A significant point of difference is the level of student support they are able to offer. That is where you come in.

Far from offering just basic admin or enrolment support, your role will be to engage with the students holistically, offering your expertise, experience and guidance on almost everything that will confront your students. Yes, you will find yourself helping them with study plans, course timetables, course content, and even more esoteric concepts such as how they are fitting in their studies with their broader life.

Of course, you will also find yourself helping the students with some pretty standard and routine tasks that fall more in the administrative realm. If you find the joy in the act of helping the student, then this role might be the one you have been waiting for.

This role is all about providing amazing customer service to online students. To support this, demonstrated experience within a phone based service environment will be viewed favourably. Of course, phone based student support would be great as well.

In order to effectively relate with your students, it is expected that you will have lived the student life, with a tertiary qualification under your belt, a bachelors degree or equivalent. (please note, this is a minimum requirement to be considered for the role)

So, if your current job is a little bit bland, and you crave something more meaningful, this may just be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Change your job, change your life.
